The 17th European Football Championship is drawing to a close. Although the German national team is no longer in the tournament, the oracle animals Remo and Yumi from the PETBOOK editorial team are still predicting the result of the final game of Euro 2024. And this time they even do it in the same room!
The 2024 European Championship in Germany is drawing to a close. While the German national soccer players can only watch from the sofa, the teams from Spain and England have to now prove themselves one last time. And the betting rivalry between editorial pets Remo and Yumi will also reach its ultimate climax. This time, the prophesying oracle animals are even making their final predictions for the Euro 2024 final in the same room. Will it go well?
Yumi is undecided
Editorial dog Yumi is spending the weekend with tomcat Remo, which means the two rival animals must today share the field for their predictions. Although Yumi has visited Remo and his owners for some time, the long-distance duel for the oracle has made her less than enthusiastic about the cat at the moment. She is lying in her dog tent in a somewhat bad mood while the playing field is being set up.
The grumpiness is also evident in her tip. The bright-eyed Pomeranian seems indecisive about the away game, stepping directly from the bench towards the Spanish bowl and sniffing. She then turns off in the direction of the England bowl. She faked! In the end, she opts for the treat that promises victory for Spain, then disappears back into her little house. A brief guest appearance and straight back to the sidelines.

Remo remains attached to his homeland
However, the Spanish editorial cat remains completely relaxed, as it is a home game for him. What’s more, he has been right more often than Yumi, who still regrets her prediction for Hungary in the previous round. This time, too, he has no issue with the female dog’s or with his choice for the winning team at Euro 2024.
He also takes the Iberian treat right away and crunches away happily. Remo and Yumi seem to only agree on soccer, but not on making friends with each other in the long term. At least the cat makes every effort to tolerate the visiting dog in his territory. Perhaps he’s simply magnanimous because he knows that if England wins, he will have established himself as the superior animal oracle.
